How to obtain username from edX
Upon successful login, your username is displayed on the top right corner of the edX website.
Is there a certificate delivery fee?
There is no payment expected from you to receive your certificate.
How do I access my grade book?
In case you have not met the minimum course pass mark and you are unable to generate the certificate, contact your course administrator to advice on retake process.
I have not received an email notification
In the event that you may have entered an incorrect email address, contact your course administrator to print the certificate on your behalf.
Why is the system asking for my photo?
The certificate system’s photograph requirement is to ensure participants are using their own usernames representing their own course grades and not the grades of someone else. This is a quality control measure. After giving permission for your photo, you can remove the permission.
